ABOUT SHEN BO

PRECISION FROM DAY ONE

SHEN BO Precision Industry Co., Ltd. was founded in 2022 in Taichung, Taiwan, with a clear mission to become a trusted airsoft BB manufacturer. From the very beginning, we focused exclusively on precision BB production, investing in cutting-edge equipment and building a team of experienced manufacturing professionals.

Our 1,500 sqm production facility is equipped with 14 advanced production lines capable of producing over 100 tons of BBs per month. Every step of our process—from raw material selection to final packaging—is controlled by rigorous quality management systems.

Today, SHEN BO products are trusted by airsoft players, teams, and distributors in over 80 countries. Our product lines range from 0.20g to 0.45g precision rounds, including standard BBs, biodegradable BBs, tracer BBs, and bio-tracer variants. All products are available in jar and bag packaging.

Injection Molding

State-of-the-art precision injection molding machines with computer-controlled temperature and pressure systems ensure consistent BB formation.

Precision Grinding

Multi-stage grinding process achieves ±0.01mm diameter tolerance. Each BB passes through 3 grinding stages for optimal roundness.

Mirror Polishing

Proprietary polishing technology creates ultra-smooth surface finish, reducing barrel friction and improving flight consistency.

Quality Inspection

100% automated optical inspection system checks every BB for diameter, weight, roundness, and surface defects before packaging.

Material Science

In-house material R&D team develops proprietary compounds for optimal density, hardness, and environmental compatibility.
